Windy Corner - The House At Windy Corner 1973

Hey folks, here is another long overdue and very rare post and I am surprised that no-one has got round to posting it, especially after doing their "Lost Garden" album a while back. It is of course "Windy Corner", a Dutch minimal progressive folk group who recorded these tracks at a little house in Amsterdam called "Windy Corner". So why would I think that an album that had only 100 copies pressed be posted? Well apart from owning one of these hen's teeth and ripping it yourself from vinyl, the only other way of obtaining it, is to visit Last.fm and record it using your soundcard. But hey, why bother with any of that palava, yeh, when y'all can get a clean crisp copy here at 224 bitrate. And I will throw in great looking front and back covers to boot. So do yourselves all a favor and grab this lost gem here FIRST or do the work yourself at Last.fm. This is also on request from V!.

Windy Corner - Lost Garden 1972

And to take it down another notch, here is an obscurity from "Windy Corner", a Dutch minimal psychedelic folk group. Their material fetches rather a lot of money and is very relaxing to listen to. The name of the band comes from the place in Amsterdam where they played live to record their material. "Lost Garden" was recorded over a period of 4 years during the early-mid 70's and was not released until 1998. Hope y'all enjoy this rarity folks.
