Doucette - The Douce Is Loose 1979

Next up is Canadian rock band Jerry "Doucette" with "The Douce Is Loose" from 1979. I seen this one on robotsforronnies' wishlist a while back, but haven't checked whether he has it. I think "Mama Let Him Play" has been dealt with though. Well hope y'all enjoy this one if you haven't already got it. Thanks.

My timing was perfect as I just discovered your website the other day and I am going to see Jerry Doucette this coming Thursday @ the Red Robinson Theatre in Coquitlam BC Canada. I already had his first album on cd but had totally forgotten about his second LP "The Deuce is Loose". Haven't seen him "live" so looking forward to "Mama letting him play some rock and roll". It will be a bittersweet concert as he is teaming up with "Doug and the Slugs" minus of course the consumate showman frontman Doug Bennett who sadly passed away in 2004. It will be my first time seeing the Slugs without their charismatic leader so anxiously excited to seeing Jerry fronting the "slugs". Once again thanx for Doucette's second album. It is greatly appreciated.
