Dixon House Band - Fighting Alone 1979

US pop/rock "Dixon House Band" only did one album and y'all should get "Fighting Alone" from 1979. It was freely donated by the multi-talented uberbelly again, who has had a pretty cool music career himself folks. There are some lovely tracks on this one and again uberbelly, my best wishes to you in this new venture.

Anon,

I have been well informed that the other album they dropped the name band and was just "Dixon House". That album is also very rare and may have to rely on a kind donation again for it.

Time will tell, but in the mean time enjoy what we do have on offer Anon.

Dixon House released "Masked Madness" as a solo effort.I still have it on cassette tape.
It's a great album with some smooth tracks.
"Just One Kiss" and "Our Love" really stand out.
Unfortunately it's impossible to find.
Too bad 'cause it's a real lost gem.

Dixon House is Edward (Ted) Dixon House,a popular bandleader and songwriter from Victoria B.C. where he was lead singer for Hidden Fifth for many years. Dixon House Band was put together in Vancouver with Mushroom records, before it fell apart and the band moved to Seattle with producer Mike Flicker (who also produced Heart).
