US southern rock band "Sweathog" only did two albums and this is their rare self-titled one from 1971. It is very good and well worth a listen. My favorite track is "Still On The Road", but there are famous for their track "Hallelujah". Sorry 'bout the cover, I never designed it.

Liposuction is definitely the word here lol. I guess you are saying that tongue-in-cheek like ;]

I like the cover - but there are some skips in your rip (towards the end of track 2), which is kind of sad because the music is cooking....
Fantastic....thanks so much

This is the first time I downloaded something from your blog. Thanks. It was the southern rock tag that got me and also, that they were from the 70's. You also have some other interesting bands that I'm not familiar with too.

You will be like a kid in a candy store once you gwt started my friend. Enjoy the freedom and the music. All I ask is some comments now and again with some input etc.

Great offering...and I love the cover! ;) Thanks.
I was there when they made up the cover. the girl was Sally Field's
sister! I hung out with the band.
Sweathog was a house band for The Chronicle night club in Van Nuys California. I was there every night 1970 and 71. Partied with them for two years. They were a Rockin Band! A lot of big name bands, singers and actors would come to the club hang out and play as guests. It didn't get any better. Viva Van Nuys!
