I would like to thank whiteray for kindly donating this second and last album by "Sweathog". He posted this way back, but now removes his links after two weeks and no-one else has picked up the slack on this one. So if you liked what you heard on their debut, y'all should appreciate this one also. The cover is also a bit more pleasing to the eye also, Hallelujah. And whiteray top notch my friend.

Since I came across your site a few days ago I have become addicted to it. Thank you for introducing me to stuff and bands i have never heard before. I am in your debt !!
Hey Sir Charlie,
No probs my man. Thank you for taking the first step in your 12 step addiction program. You can join Carlos over at madshoes.blogspot.com, who admits the same problem after I posted some Cat mOther albums for him recently from his wishlist.
And to tell you the truth Sir Charlie, Some of the music here has been rewuested by my knowledgeable readers and listeners and I cannot take all the credit for it. As I hadn't heard all of them either.
So drop by anytinme and if there is anything that you can't find or need to listen to desperately and might not be available on other blogs, I will certainly do my best to look in2 it.
Enjoy Charlie and speak to you soon

Hello
Thanks for the Better Sweathog.Great!!
Loving this band - I'd never heard of them before, but it's superb stuff. I checked their WIKI page & the group members all appear to have great CVs! Thank you so much.
For the two Anons,
Than you for your comments but nicknames or even real names would be better way of addressing you both.
Enjoy.

Just used your download... good to have the great sound of Sweathogs Hallelujah once again. Listening to those really old cassettes was doing my head in....I'll be back for more just as soon as I can. Thanks for the music!
LOZ T lost in the hills of west Wales, UK.
Thanks for putting this site on. I was a regular at the Chronicle and worked there til they closed in 72. I was close with all the Sweathog Members and went with them when they recorded their albums. To say the least the Chronicle was a Rockin' Nightclub with a kickass band. Frosty was incredible on the drums and would do solos with his hands til they bled! Many good memories. Viva Van Nuys!!

Glad you managed to get a more convenient copy of Sweathog. They are real cool aren't they?
Enjoy this digital copy LOZ T and don't be a stranger, eh?

This is One of The Best kept Secrets
This Album I have on Vinyl and when I play it for My Friends they are astonished at the way it really Rocks...
They ask the name of Band and Album...
Then inevitably say how come I`ve never heard of this
and I answer because if everyone knows the Price will Skyrocket and you would not be able to pick up a Copy Cheap, of course once CDs came in but even there I think you`d have to hunt for a copy of this Thanks Whiteray for given others a chance to hear this Gem
Nice rendition of Johnny Winter/Rick Derringer 'Rock'n'Roll Hoochie Coo', at time they remind me of Juicy Lucy.
brings back memories - first saw Sweathog "live" on American Bandstand in 1971 (I'm old...I know). Hallelujah is one of the truly great songs....we used to sing along in a drunken haze and try to reach the high notes at the end of the song.....never did hit those notes. Thanks for posting this - I appreciate it.
