Loot Original Soundtrack 1970

Y'all probably know how much I love this guy. Who Chuntao? Well it has to be "Steve Ellis"! Who else? The music from this comedy caper "Loot", about a couple of bank robbers who stash their proceeds in their late mother's coffin, is a groovy, cool collaboration between Ellis and "Keith Mansfield". This was his first major project after his departed "Love Affair" and is a classic folks.

Hi Chuntao

I've been a Steve Ellis fan for a long time and have really appreciated all the stuff you've posted (his solo stuff, with Wishbringer etc).

I've heard of the film "Loot", but didn't know that Steve was involved with the soundtrack. So many thanks for posting this.

BTW this is now my favourite music blog and I've got no idea how you dig up some of these rarities. But please...carry on !!!
