Hustler - Play Loud 1975

I am going to change the momentum again with another "Hustler" album from 1975. Lord Haw Haw asked for some of their stuff recently and so here is "Play Loud". So do as it says and crank it up for this excellent hard rock band.

01. Money Maker (3:38)
02. You Had It Coming To You (3:56)
03. Boogie Man (4:47)
04. Break Of Day (3:58)
05. Who D'yer Think Yer Foolin' (2:42)
06. Goin' Home (3:01)
07. Strange Love (4:21)
08. Little People (3:46)
09. Night Creeper (6:45)

Thanks for your comments & appreciation of this totally excellent rock band. They are just excellent.

What a find!!

This album was excellent and never received the plaudits it was due, although I do remember the album being positively reviewed by John Peel on his radio show.

I remember that the engineer had probably ben told to 'play loud' and so had recorded at such a high level hat a stack of coins on the stylus arm were needed to stop the stylus jumping off the vinyl.

Many thanks.

OMG i had this on vinyl when it first came out i loved it just clicked on Money Maker and my head is nodding along.
Its so sad that great albums by lesser known artists never get re-issued on CD.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for all the amazing music you have posted here. It must be very time consuming but it's obvious it's a labor of love. This is one I owned many, many years ago but somewhere along the way it went missing, probably during the divorce. Most people fight over kids, we fought over the albums.
