This album includes input from from 'Ry Cooder' & 'Pete Townsend' and there is something very mysterious, yet most uplifting with this one. It is very catchy and addictive. I have been a long-time fan of T Bone Burnett. His songwriting and ironic insight always leave me amazed. This is one of his best albums (and one of the first I purchased), and I only have it on LP. Thanks so much for making it available!

these days t-bone's own music tends to get overshadowed by his production credits, but 'proof through the night' stands as excellent proof of his songwriting abilities as well. thanks for the share.
