"Hustler" were a UK hard rock band active from the late 70's to early 80's kicking out some punchy sounds. "High Street" is a solid piece of work and deserves a good listen. This one is on request from Lord Haw Haw.

Chuntao, here you go again posting these great unknowns for most of us here! Can't wait to listen to these last two.Fantastic job you are doing my friend!
Hello Jim,
Many thanks for your comments & your appreciation for the rare music. A lot of the time unknowns does not mean unlistenable. (not an english word):)
If you have any requests Jim, make them known.

This brings a few memories back. Especially as I used to sit outside that pub in Hoxton waiting for my dad to come out. I still think I know all the words to 'Get Outa Me 'Ouse'. 'No daughter of mine is going out a hippy or a scruffy little bleeder like you' Thanks for posting
Hey thanks Anon,
Glad I could help to bring back the 'good old days' & your photographic memory. You really know your stuff. And not a bad album as well. Tx for your comments my friend.

I was so excited I forgot to leave my name. Mentioned it to my mate last night who I have known for say a number of years and he told me "yeah...I've got that album in the loft"! You just can't win with some people. Thanks again.
n1 shoutin' steve,
Tx for your confusing comments ;]
Glad to know that you remembered to download this one.

Gonna give Hustler a good listen; sounds like a fun band (if the album cover is any indication). Thanks for all of you efforts on our behalf!
You're very welcome Rusty Tapwater,
Lap it up & enjoy. They are very good. You should try the Nutz album also.

Just found your site, great stuff. this brings back the memories as Hustler were the support band, supporting Queen, at the 1st concert I ever went to back in the mid 70's
Wise choice Dave P,
Great band and excellent tracks. I love Queen also and hope this brings back those concert days my man.

Chuntao, just stumbled across your blog searching for album artwork - you mate, are a star!! I had this album back in the 70's and saw Hustler live at Derby college in the UK. Over the years i've lost afew vinyl LPs, this being one of them, and I've searched for it for at least a decade. Not only that, but classics like Fanny hill, and Beckett are here! Wonderful stuff, man! I've a large collection. If there's anything you're after, let me know.
I can't remember if I got this one here or from somewhere else. I say thanks here anyway. It's a good album
trying to rebuild my collection after a total crash - thanks for this awesome inclusion! ::L
'Get Outta my House' I remember this tune played on the radio all these years ago, good to hear the album again, Thanks
steve haynes, the lead singer, now lives in north carolina and has medical issues that are as bad as any rocker has ever faced. he is still a great mate!!if i posted his email, would anyone write to wish him well and let him know that he is fondly remembered? I will check back. thanks.
Last email concering Steve Haynes...I would be happy to email him and tell him of some of the great times I had listening to and watching Hustler. Wishing him well.
Would be grateful for news of Steve Haynes---loved him like a son. Wrote some good songs with him in the 80s.
Just read comments on Steve Haynes---would like to know that he is well again and still 'out there'. Anyone with news, please comment. He was a dear friend and I miss him.
