Y&T" or "Yesterday & Today", as some old school prefer to call them, are a heavy metal band from San Francisco. This is a BBC release from 2000, but is actually two live concerts covering 1982-84; one from their Black Tiger Tour and the other from their 1984 appearance at Donnington. The track "Rescue me" is therefore featured twice. Some of their best work features on this album. I hope y'all agree.
