John Parr - Man With A Vision 1992

"Man With A Vision" by mild mannered man of power rock John Parr was a real flop in 1992 and never got re-released. No wonder I hear y'all say. Well, we never did hear much after "St. Elmo's Fire", but this album is very listenable. There are a few good power ballads on it and if you enjoy your rock to be lighter, give this a try. It has its place, but maybe not in your collection. Right ! Even if I say its quite rare...

I still have this one on original cassette. All in all a very good rock album from Parr. Far better than "Running the endless mile".

Highlights include the title track, "Restless heart" (from the "running man" motion pic, "It's starting all over again" (an excellent rocker) and the ballad "This time".
Recommended for fans of 80's rock.
