Not long ago I was talking with a few old friends about bands we'd seen at Improvision, Sheffield. That used to be a Sunday Night thing and we saw some bands, mates! Styx were amazing. AC/DC incredible. This band, even though they're only known for this album, were one of the bands that stuck out as SPECIAL. Different from others as no one else sounded like AFT. This should bring back more memories of those days. Pre-Punk, by a few months.
Anon,
You couldn't have put it better. SPECIAL is one word to describe this rarity. It's pure prog rock. I lurve it something chronic. I'm sure they had more albums up their sleeve.
Hello there!!
I heard this band for the first time, and i only can say...GREAT!!
Thank You!

I've been after this one for some time now. An old friend (now a memeber of a very famous band)sparked off some memories of Sunday nights in Sheffield. Automatic Fine Tuning were one of the bands we saw at 'Improvision' and remembered because they were brilliant. Ta! Now the music's there with the memory!

Great stuff! I have been looking all over the place for a copy of this. Thanks for posting! :0)
Thanks for this. I've been after this album for ages! :0)
I have been after this for an age having bought it on LP and see them live supporting the Pink Fairies at Surrey Uni in 76. I remember asking the lead guitarist what AFT stood for, and he simply said "Any ****ing Thing".
Great stuff, thank you very much for making this available.
Colin
